Welcome to our NYSFRW web site. It is a work in progress.
Your 2007-08 slate of officers have some exciting plans .We would like feed back about them. All suggestions will be reviewed at our next Executive Board meeting. The NYSFRW is here to serve the Republican women of the Empire State as a unified powerful voice in the political arena.
NYSFRW will be
holding their annual conference April 13-15, 2008 at The Desmond in
Colonie. Send 1st Vice President
Annette any suggestions and ideas you have that will add to the
conference. The Executive Board decided
to return to a fall conference, instead of the regional meetings. It was thought we could better serve our
membership by having a one or one and a half day conference focusing on
empowering
women in the political process. We
would like your input in planning this conference. When would be the best time for you to attend this conference in
2008 -- Late July? Early or mid August?
Mid or
late September? Would
your Club
or Judicial District like to host this conference?
E-mail, phone or
US Postal mail NYSFRW Corresponding Secretary Edna with your upcoming
events. She will notify the Executive
Board and put it on our web site (if you would like her to). The State Federation will be publishing a
2007 fall newsletter. NYSFRW officers are in the process of
verifying paid
Federated Club names and membership lists, addresses, phone numbers and
e-mails. We
need to do this because we
want to make sure that the records are current and accurate.
Keep voter registrations and absentee applications in your car, in your purse, and in your beach bag.
